Yes, public water is
available within the community. When building a
home, purchasers will be responsible for the
connection costs from the main water lines in
the road to their homes. This one-time
connection fee is estimated to be US $300 and is
not due and payable at closing. This fee may be
incurred upon the building of a home on your
parcel, if and when your desire to do so.
The cost of the water for a supply sufficient to
serve a residence on a monthly basis is
approximately US $10 per month.
